It comes up at work alot.  A writer needing some “facts” for their lesson or what have you goes to that scholarly source of record, Wikipedia.  Now, we’ve all used Wikipedia at one point or another.  That is not the problem.  The problem is that we often fail to verify independently what we find there.

Here’s a cautionary tale involving (surprise!) journalists.
